Joan Miro

Joan Miro (1893-1983), is another Catalan genius, who constantly inspires me. My visit to the Fundacio Joan Miro four years ago was a treat I will never forget.

The Tilled Field, below, is an early precursor of the ‘shape’ of things to come.

    Did you know that the logo of “La Caixa”, the strongest savings bank of Catalonia, was designed by Miró?

      I didn’t know that – altho I spent a few weeks in Barcelona and went to the Miro museum.
